of honest intimacy
& true connection

What We’ll Do

During this Weekend Workshop in Radical Honesty, we’ll tell the truth out loud about what we notice about each other, what we notice in our own bodies, and what we notice going through our minds. We’ll practice these things by doing the foundational exercises of Radical Honesty, specially tailored to be done with your partner/s, spouse, lover/s who are attending the workshop with you.

Through this direct sharing, you’ll have an opportunity to see how you may very well be your own relationship saboteur, caused by lack of grounded self awareness, by holding yourself back from saying what’s real for you, by blocking intimacy (often unintentionally), by putting more effort into upholding your image and pretenses than you do into being open and truly self expressed.

(None of this is wrong or bad! YOU are not wrong or bad or broken! This is all a part of human nature… and relationships are hard! There’s simply more that’s possible than the stuff listed above, like spine tingling revealing, goosebump inducing listening, and mind-blowing connection and intimacy.)

This Weekend Workshop includes a variety of activities to support you in
telling the truth in your relationship/s, hearing the truth in your relationship/s, and getting over the shit in your relationship/s, so you and your partner/s can have more of what you want in your relationship/s!

 Who is this workshop for?

Whether you’re in a monogamous partnership or polyamorous relationships, whether you’re at the beginning of a romantic connection or are working on an intentional end or transition out of a relationship, and even if you’re currently single and want to cultivate some new practices to bring into your next union, if you want to be more honest and self expressed in your relationships, this workshop is for YOU!

This workshop is for you if:

  • You want to be your whole, real self with your partner/spouse/lover and you’re ready to stop pretending (even if you’re scared) and get to know each other in whole new ways.

  • You’re tired of working so hard to uphold your image and expected role in your partnership.

  • You want new communication tools to use in your relationship/s, especially for dealing with conflicts, getting over anger, and getting to true forgiveness.

  • You sometimes withhold the ideas and impulses you have in your relationship/s, don’t share many of your true desires, and tend not to ask for what you want, and you’re ready to let it all out.

  • You want to create deeper connection and intimacy, and experience more genuine appreciation and fun with your partner.

  • You want to shake up, enliven, and/or totally transform your sex life.

  • You’re not used to being honest with your partner, you’re scared to reveal more of yourself or sometimes don’t see the point, you often withhold or lie.

  • You stop yourself from being honest with your partner because you believe they can’t handle it or don’t want to know the truth, but you want to try.

This workshop is also absolutely LGBTQIA+ friendly,
and for folks in any sort of relationship configuration.

Are you ready?

No gimmick, this workshop may not be for you if:

  • You’re not ready to really be in your feelings with your partner.

  • You keep secrets from your partner that you’re unwilling to share.

  • You think expressing anger in your relationship is bad, wrong, or unproductive and you refuse to directly express anger or to listen to it from others. (It’s totally okay if you’re scared and out of practice expressing anger- most of us are! We’ll support you in learning a new way to “cleanly” express your anger so it can truly come and go, making way for real forgiveness.)

  • You’re not truly eager to relate on a whole new level and create a new kind of intimacy with your partner.

NO PREVIOUS RADICAL HONESTY PRACTICE REQUIRED. WE’LL COVER THE BASICS OF THE PRACTICE AND GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE CORE EXERCISES WITH YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER.

Lindsay St. Antoine

I partner with folks who are ready and aspiring to get free and intimate through self revealing, who are eager to emerge as their bold, authentic selves and create a life of exhilarating self expression and deep realness.

I’m an honesty coach and Radical Honesty Trainer in Denver, Colorado. In addition to providing honesty coaching, I also lead in-person and online Radical Honesty workshops.

I worked closely with Radical Honesty founder, Brad Blanton, beginning in 2014,
filling many roles within Radical Honesty Enterprises, ending with my role as COO in 2021.
I was certified as a Radical Honesty Trainer in 2017.

I have a great capacity for being with and fully witnessing people in their shame, embarrassment, anger or darker emotions, and ushering in whatever naturally arises for them in those spaces. For empowering people to stick with themselves (and each other) in these vulnerable and often uncomfortable spaces, and fully experience their whole experience. In doing so, shifts can occur, full body forgiveness naturally arises, and they may come to know themselves and be able to share themselves fully with others.
