I believe that you can have the transformation you want in your life through a gentler sort of learning and practice of Radical Honesty.

Yesterday, while having an online coaching session with a client, I was reminded of a huge benefit of practicing Radical Honesty.

Something that workshop participants often ask me is, “How do you do Radical Honesty with people who haven’t been to a workshop and don’t know what it is?”

I don’t know anybody who doesn’t have some insecurities about their looks. And I haven’t spoken with anyone about those insecurities who hasn’t felt relief, camaraderie, connection, and even some self compassion after our conversations.

I haven’t dated anyone, or had sex with anyone (other than myself!) in over three years.

Many of us give our insecurities power by holding onto them as shameful secrets. Can you imagine the freedom you might give yourself from taking the risk to talk about your insecurities with others?

There’s no part of life- our human experience- that couldn’t be somehow impacted by or transformed through HONESTY.
