Radical Honesty
Weekend Workshop
DENVER | May 2 & 3, 2026
$275-450
Join me for an energizing weekend
of getting brave, deepening your understanding of yourself, and plenty
of hands-on practice being with your emotions and saying the tough stuff.
At the end of the weekend, you’ll go home with:
Tools for working with big emotions & nervous system dysregulation
Techniques for reducing stress and connecting better with others
Perspectives that help you avoid taking others’ actions personally
A growing confidence in your resilience in the face of challenges
A deeper sense of freedom to be yourself and fully express yourself
“For my money, you couldn’t have better facilitators for Radical Honesty and doing this type of really trauma informed, integrative work.” ”
This workshop might be for you if…
You distance yourself from the people in your life rather than risk getting in trouble with the truth
You’re pretty sure you’re a “people-pleaser” or a “nice guy”
You avoid conflict at all costs, but find it's not working well for you.
You worry no one would want to get close if they knew the real you
You’re afraid to be honest with your partner but you want a deeper, more intimate connection.
You love challenging yourself in a supportive environment, with others like you!
Still not sure if this workshop is right for you?
Take the Radical Honesty Questionnaire to see where you already seem to be doing great at owning your truth, and where we imagine you might benefit from some support, if you’d like it.
This workshop is absolutely for LGBTQIA+ folks, ages from young adults to seniors, and those who’ve never done a Radical Honesty workshop.
For notes on accessibility please see the FAQs section.
***Radical Honesty workshops can be emotionally intense—participants often experience and express strong feelings, including anger (sometimes with raised voices), sadness (often with tears), joy, and appreciation. We spend much of our time staying present in our bodies and processing these emotions together.
If you’re someone who would need to leave a room if there is emotional expression of this kind,
this workshop is probably not best suited for you. While this can be a meaningful and transformative experience, this is not therapy, and it may not be a healthy choice if you have unaddressed trauma.***
During our workshop sessions, we’ll be doing a mix of:
Paired and group exercises
Group discussions
Somatic practices
Gestalt-style hotseat work
Personal in-session coaching
…all with a certified and experienced Radical Honesty Trainer.
At the Radical Honesty Weekend Workshop you’ll be supported in meeting the parts of yourself you’ve exiled or judged—your desire, shame, neediness, and anger—and in working with, instead of against them.
You'll begin to better understand how you self-sabotage, project, and respond to triggers. Your new perspectives will help steer you toward greater authenticity, fulfillment, and connection.
“I don’t know if I’ve ever been in the presence of someone who is so good at just being attuned and being really attentive to what someone is going through in the present moment and being sooo welcoming of whatever is coming up for that person. Whether it’s like what is supposed to be coming up for them, what they’re supposed to be feeling, or the opposite of that… she welcomes it and I don’t know that I’ve ever met someone that I feel so safe to be myself around or get messy around.” -J.P.

I partner with folks who are ready and aspiring to get free and intimate through self revealing, who are eager to emerge as their bold, authentic selves and create a life of exhilarating self expression and deep realness.
I’m an honesty coach and Radical Honesty Trainer in Denver, Colorado. In addition to providing honesty coaching, I also lead in-person and online Radical Honesty workshops.
I worked with Radical Honesty founder, Brad Blanton, beginning in 2014, filling many roles within Radical Honesty Enterprises, ending with my role as COO in 2021. I was certified as a Radical Honesty Trainer in 2017, and also earned a certificate in Trauma-Focused Psychedelic Therapy from Innate Path in 2025.
I have a great capacity for being with and fully witnessing people in their shame, embarrassment, anger or darker emotions, and ushering in whatever naturally arises for them in those spaces. For empowering people to stick with themselves (and each other) in these vulnerable and often uncomfortable spaces, and fully experience and embody their whole experience. In doing so, shifts can occur, full body forgiveness naturally arises, and they may come to know themselves and be able to share themselves fully with others.
