Radical Honesty
Weekend Workshop

DENVER | September 6-7, 2025
$275-425

"I experienced my first Radical Honesty workshop in 2020. Lindsay held supportive and clear space. She is brilliant at helping you uncover what is true in the moment.

I had a lot of anger from my divorce and she guided me through it with unconditional acceptance, and curiosity. She helped me do this in a transformative and healing way. It was a profound experience of being witnessed in such a vulnerable space.

I felt seen, safe, and accepted by her.” N.R

What if your emotions weren’t a problem, but a path?

Join us for an energizing weekend
of getting brave, deepening your understanding of yourself,
and plenty of hands-on practice saying the tough stuff.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll go home with:

  • Tools for working with big emotions & nervous system dysregulation

  • Techniques for reducing stress and connecting better with others

  • Perspectives that help you avoid taking others’ actions personally

  • A growing confidence in your resilience in the face of challenges

  • A deeper sense of freedom to be yourself and fully express yourself

This workshop might be for you if…

  • You distance yourself from the people in your life rather than risk getting in trouble with the truth

  • You’re pretty sure you’re a “people-pleaser” or a “nice guy”

  • You avoid conflict at all costs, but find it's not working well for you.

  • You worry no one would want to get close if they knew the real you

  • You’re afraid to be honest with your partner but you want a deeper, more intimate connection.

  • You love challenging yourself in a supportive environment, with others like you!

Still not sure if this workshop is right for you?

Take our Radical Honesty Questionnaire to see where you already seem to be doing great at owning your truth, and where we imagine you might benefit from some support, if you’d like it.

This retreat is absolutely for LGBTQIA+ folks, ages from young adults to seniors, and those who’ve never done a Radical Honesty workshop.
For notes on accessibility please see the FAQs section.

***Radical Honesty workshops can be emotionally intense—participants often experience
and express strong feelings, including anger (sometimes with raised voices), sadness (often with tears), joy, and appreciation. We spend much of our time staying present in our bodies and processing these emotions together. While this can be a meaningful and transformative experience,
it may not be a healthy choice if you have unaddressed trauma.***

During our workshop sessions, we’ll be doing a mix of:

  • Paired and group exercises

  • Group discussions

  • Somatic practices

  • Gestalt-style hotseat work

  • Personal in-session coaching

…all with two certified and experienced Radical Honesty Trainers.

At the Radical Honesty Weekend Workshop you’ll be supported in meeting the parts of yourself you’ve exiled or judged—your desire, shame, neediness, and anger—and in working with, instead of against them.

You'll begin to better understand how you self-sabotage, project, and respond to triggers. Your new perspectives will help steer you toward greater authenticity, fulfillment, and connection.

We’ll meet the you beneath the stress,
the shames, and the shoulds.

“This sounds like hyperbole, but by the end of the workshop I felt the calmest, quietest & most accepting inside that I've ever felt. I would have thought I had to go to a weeklong meditation retreat to feel that way.

I felt very supported by you & Tony, especially during the hot seat exercise. To be led to a place where I could get that "messy" and emotional, and realize that I had not died, was really good for me.

I think you're good at what you do. That made it easy to feel trusting & participate fully.” -J.P.

WORKSHOP FACILITATORS

Your workshop will be led by certified Radical Honesty Trainers Lindsay St. Antoine and Tony Shawcross.

Lindsay St. Antoine

I partner with folks who are ready and aspiring to get free and intimate through self revealing, who are eager to emerge as their bold, authentic selves and create a life of exhilarating self expression and deep realness.

I’m an honesty coach and Radical Honesty Trainer in Denver, Colorado. In addition to providing honesty coaching, I also lead in-person and online Radical Honesty workshops.

I worked with Radical Honesty founder, Brad Blanton, beginning in 2014, filling many roles within Radical Honesty Enterprises, ending with my role as COO in 2021. I was certified as a Radical Honesty Trainer in 2017.

I have a great capacity for being with and fully witnessing people in their shame, embarrassment, anger or darker emotions, and ushering in whatever naturally arises for them in those spaces. For empowering people to stick with themselves (and each other) in these vulnerable and often uncomfortable spaces, and fully experience their whole experience. In doing so, shifts can occur, full body forgiveness naturally arises, and they may come to know themselves and be able to share themselves fully with others.

Tony Shawcross

Radical Honesty has given me greater access to understanding my body, my subconscious mind, and my internal biases and filters than I ever had before.

As long as I can remember, I've had a passion for unbridled, authentic conversations and collaborative creative expression, and am grateful for how Radical Honesty has contributed to my work in film, music and writing. -Tony

Tony worked with Brad Blanton and Radical Honesty beginning in 2014. As a video producer, editor and writer, Tony helped produce past Radical Honesty online workshops and videos, editing and compiling hundreds of hours of footage in ways that give him a unique level of familiarity with the work of Radical Honesty.

In addition to being a Certified Radical Honesty Trainer who co-leads Radical Honesty workshops and runs a monthly meetup group, Tony has been trained in several modalities including Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Psychedelic Facilitation with certifications in Trauma-Focused Psychedelic Psychotherapy from Innate Path Dynamic Attachment RePatterning from Trauma Solutions and Psychedelic Pharmacology from Ben Malcolm.
